CR 714 a delightful canopied drive

Dense palm and oak canopy shades narrow CR 714, the Martin Highway, on it’s 18 mile route from I-95 west to Indiantown Road. The highway starts out in the wide open spaces of the Allapatah Flats but becomes a shady corridor about 7 miles out, with pastoral views of cattle ranches beyond the screen of trees. A true treasure between Stuart and Lake Okeechobee. Worth a detour!
